Incredibly beautiful hotel, it offers excellent services and particularly good location near to a restaurant and bar, garden and the downtown area. The rooms are well decorated and huge with a private safe, multi-channel television, and a seating area. The bathroom is large and the bed is comfortable.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was well-kept and quiet, it had stunning location so close to a taxi and the center of San Miguel and el centro. The service provided there was excellent. Food was good and I have nothing but fine memories from this trip.

Great location, close to central district and grocery stores. Daily maid service and spacious suites with nice balcony. Free breakfast with Mexican options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and well-maintained grounds. Easy access to Uber and ample parking available.

What a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was lovely and very comfy. The hotel is also pet friendly and could not have been nicer to us and our dog. Whenever we travel through Puebla this will always be our hotel of choice.

We did not have enough hot water for a shower for two people and there was not any in the morning. The Internet was only in the desk area. We thought we would have it in our room.

The rooms were spacious and had a nice patio area. The gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the center of the city. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the service was friendly.

The staff at the reception were not very helpful and lacked good customer service. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with hair found on the blankets, bathroom floor, tub, and sink.
